Welcome to xoomini! This End User License Agreement (Agreement or EULA) governs your access to and use of the xoomini mobile application and its related services (collectively referred to as the App). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the App.

1. License Grant

xoomini grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Use of the App

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments and Credits

  • Xoomini operates on a credit-based system. Users can purchase credits and use them to access AI services within the app.
  • All purchases are final. We currently do not offer refunds or cancellations for used or unused credits.
  • We recommend reviewing the available features and choosing your credit packs carefully. If you have any concerns or experience technical issues, you can reach out to our support team.

4. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any premium purchases, subscription plans, or credits once the service has been delivered or the credits have been used.
  • We strongly encourage users to try the free version of the service before purchasing.
  • If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us at microloopllp@gmail.com , and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis .

5. Intellectual Property

  • The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by xoomini or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the App without the prior written consent of xoomini, except as provided in this Agreement or as permitted by law.

6. User Content

  • You may have the opportunity to submit, post, display, or transmit content (including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video) on or through the App (User Content).
  • By submitting User Content, you grant xoomini a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the App.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit the User Content and to grant the rights granted herein.

7. Restrictions

  • You agree not to: (a) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App; (b) make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the App; (c) violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the App; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of xoomini or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the App.

8. Termination

  • xoomini may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any terms of this Agreement.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall xoomini, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if xoomini has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • xoomini’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to xoomini for your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.

No Shipping Policy
Xoomini exclusively provides virtual, digital services and does not involve the sale or delivery of any physical goods. As all products are delivered digitally and instantly after credit use, no shipping or delivery services are required or provided.
